Muintir na Tire is a national voluntary organisation dedicated to promoting the process of community development. Founded by Canon Hayes in 1937, it aims to enhance the capacities of people in communities, rural and urban, to become involved in local social, economic, cultural and environmental development.

 

As part of our partnership with Muintir na Tire, we provide public liability insurance for affiliated community alert groups, community councils and development associations as well as additional cover for Tidy Towns projects. It’s a relationship that’s strengthened over the years and one to which we’re fully committed.
