PJT Insurance Services were at the official launch of The Carers of the Year Awards 2009 in the Westbury Hotel recently.  Among the guests were the Carer`s Patrons Marty Whelan & Mary Kennedy.

The Carers have launched their national radio campaign to highlight the awards and increase awareness of the association.

Throughout Ireland, Family Carers dedicate themselves to providing remarkable levels of care in the home to their loved ones.  Once a year The Carers Association can give them the acknowledgement they deserve through the Awards.
There are two categories of awards: Carers of the Year Award and the Young Carer of the Year Award.
